Kathmandu, February 17:

British Gorkha set dates with the organising Xavier International College ‘A’ in the final after winning their respective semi-final matches of the Inter-college Running Shield Football Tournament held at Sano Gaucharan groung on Friday.

In the first semi-final, British Gorkha blanked Orient College 4-0. Nabil Star defender Anjan KC scored two goals in 49th and 52nd minute after Sudip Rokka had provided them the lead early in the 10th minute. Milan Adhikari added another in the 58th minute. KC was declared man of the match.

Xavier International defeated Campion College 1-0. The second minute solitary goal by Bishal Shrestha helped Xavier International secure the final berth. Campion goalkeeper Amrit Gurung won the man of the match award.
