KATHMANDU: Three teams of Chandbagh School advanced to the quarter-finals of the fourth Brihaspati Cup Inter-school Mini Basketball Tournament on Tuesday.

In boys’ section, Chandbagh defeated Rosebud 31-16, while St Xavier’s beat Shridiwa 26-12.

In girls’ category, Chandbagh ‘A’ defeated St Xavier’s 18-10, Chandbagh ‘B’ saw off Sanskriti 6-2 and advanced to the last eight.

Shridiwa also advanced to the quarters with a 18-16 victory over Olympia World.
