LALITPUR: The IOC Olympic Solidarity Course of weightlifting concluded here at the International Sports Complex on Sunday. A total of 39 coaches from 16 districts participated in the course organised by Nepal Weightlifting Association under the auspices of Nepal Olympic Committee. Alamsyah Wijaya of Indonesia, an expert from the International Weightlifting Federation, conducted the course on bio-mechanics, nutrition, training style, office management and revised rules of the sport. Vice President of NOC Purendra Bikram Lakhe, Olympian Surendra Bahadur Hamal, General Secretary NWA Parth Sarathi Sen Gupta handed over the certificates to the participants.
