Draigor nets 136 points in one game

Paris, April 14:

Former Israeli basketball international Anat Draigor has set what is believed to be a world record individual scoring tally after netting 136 points in a lower league match, the International Basketball Federation (FIBA) said on Thursday.

Draigor’s remarkable scoring feat took place in a third division match between her club Hapoel Mate Yehuda and Elitzur Givat Shmuel last week. Hapoel Mate won the match 158-41.

Hapoel Mate Yehuda are set to submit Draigor’s points tally to the Guinness Book of Records, FIBA said on its Internet site. The previous record stands at 108 points, scored by Orna Ostfeld in 1980.
