German university to run coaching courses

KATHMANDU: Leipzig University of Germany is set to run short course training for National Sports Council coaches in Nepal as a part of strengthening the bilateral relations between the sports authorities.

Administrative Managing Director of Faculty of International Sports Science of Leipzig University Daniel Eckert Lindhammer and National Sports Council Vice-president and Nepal Olympic Committee General Secretary Lama Tendi Sherpa reached to an understanding to run the courses for Nepali coaches, according to Sherpa, who is currently in Germany.

Sherpa also informed that the agreement for the courses will be signed in Nepal very soon.
