KATHMANDU: Daffodil, Bhanubhakta and Rupy’s International won the boys’ category matches of the 18th Wilson Hoops Inter-school Basketball Tournament on Tuesday.

Daffodil beat Green Lawns 54-17 riding on AngPhurba’s 10 points, while Bhanubhakta saw off Shridiwa 27-26 and Rupy’s beat Wilson ‘A’.

Similarly, Ajay Ghale netted 20 points in Peoples’ victory over Shridiwa 39-16 and Neric saw off Shridiwa 23-6.

In girls’ section, Zenith thrashed Rupy’s 46-8 in which Yunisha Chamling scored 19 points for the winners.

In junior boys’ event, Elites beat Holy Vision 14-10 and Wilson saw off Heartland 30-21.
