KATHMANDU: The Nepal International Taekwondo Federation (ITF) selected 10 players for the first Pro Taekwondo Tournament to be held here on April 17.

Two players each from five development regions were selected for the tournament. The players included Chauchi Dangol and Manoj khadka (Central Region), Suraj Sunar and Jhalak Budha Magar (Western), Drona Bahadur Magar and Rajendra Dhimal (Eastern), Nirojraj Rana Magar and Radha Man Tamang (Far Western).

The players will play in the 56-60kg weight category and the top three will earn $500, $300 and $100 respectively.
