Lama wins KEGG golf

KATHMANDU: Phintso Ongdi Lama accumulated 36 points to win the KEGG Golf Tournament here at the Gokarna Golf Club today.

Lama, a 10-handicap player, scored 22 on the front and added 14 on back nine to lift the trophy.

Ang Tsering Sherpa came second on count back after the 4-handicap golfer was tied with Purna Man Shakya at 34 points. Sherpa had 16 points, while Shakya scored 15 on the back nine.

Golfing Group (KEGG).

Senior golfer Maj LB Gurung gave away prizes to the winners.
