LALITPUR: Hosts Little Angels’ and Sainik Awashiya Mahavidhyalaya won the football titles under the second LA Inter-college Sports Meet here on Friday.

LA won girls’ title, while Sainik claimed boys’ trophy. In girls’ final, LA beat Mega 2-0 riding on a goal each from Saujanya Paudel and Sunakali Budha.

In boys’ category, Sainik outplayed LA ‘A’ 3-0. Meanwhile, Xavier International claimed basketball titles in both categories. In boys’ final, Xavier beat LA ‘A’ 55-44.

Xavier claimed girls’ title winning all three matches of the event played under round robin format among four teams. Trinity came second with two victories.
