KATHMANDU: Little Angels’ and St Xavier’s won the titles of the Brihaspati Cup Inter-school Seven-A-Side Football Tournament here on Friday.

LA won the boys’ category title and St Xavier’s claimed girls’ category crown. In the boys’ final, LA defeated Rosebud 2-0 in penalty shootout after both the teams failed to score in regulation 30 minutes and 10 minutes of extra time. In the girls’ section final, St Xavier’s saw off Arunima 1-0.

A total of 20 teams, 12 in boys and eight in girls sections, competed in the tournament organised by Brihaspati BidyaSadan.
