LALITPUR: Nayabasti Youth Club defeated Divine Boys Union Club 2-0 in the Martyrs Memorial B Division League here at the ANFA Complex grounds on Thursday.

Sajan Rai and Shani Kumar Chaudhary scored one goal each for Nayabasti. In another match, Spark Bansbari Youth Club played a 2-2 draw with Shree Bhagwati Club.

Aash Bahadur Gurung and Karlosh Bakhariya put Shree Bhagwati 2-0 ahead inside 33 minutes before Mahendra Karki and Dinesh Karki replied for Bansbari salvage a draw.

A total of 12 teams are taking part in the league which does not have promotion and relegation provisions.
