LALITPUR: Patan Appellate Court on Wednesday quashed the writ petition filed against the Nepal Olympic Committee’s election on September 3 last year. President of Nepal Karate Federation Dawa Lama, President of Nepal Rafting and Canoeing Association Man Bahadur Neupane and President of Nepal Wrestling Association Narayan Dev Rana had filed the writ against NOC elections. The division bench of justices Narayan Prasad Shrestha and Mohan Bahadur Karki gave the decision in favour of NOC about the election and also ruled out the case of contempt of court.
