KATHMANDU: The Queens Event Management Pvt Ltd on Monday postponed the Pokhara Premier League, the T20 cricket tournament.
The second edition of the tournament, originally scheduled for November 12-23 at the Pokhara Stadium, will now be held from December 14-28.
“We were forced to reschedule the tournament as the dates collided with the tour of Marylebone Cricket Club and U-19 team’s visit to India,” said Managing Director Chhumbi Lama. “Also the women’s national team will be training at the same grounds to prepare for the 13th South Asian Games.”
The MCC tour is slated for November 1-12, while the SA Games will be held in Kathmandu, Pokhara and Janakpur from December 1-10.
