KATHMANDU: Rupy’s International School is organising the Inter-school 3X3 Basketball Tournament at the school courts on September 16-19.

In all, 18 teams — 12 in boys and six in girls sections — are taking part in the tournament, informed the organisers in a release on Thursday.

Study Plus is the main sponsor of the tournament and it would provide 30-100 per cent scholarship and free tickets to the players who register for the tournament.

The winning teams will get Rs 20,000 each, while the runners-up will earn Rs 15,000. Apart from that, the organisers have also announced other prizes — Merokicks MVP for the best player of the tournament, highest scorer, best coach and player-of-the-match.
