Sun Moon Peace Cup from April 23

Inter-religious and International Federation for World Peace (IIFWP) Nepal and Kathmandu University are jointly organising Sun Moon Peace Cup Football Tournament from April 23-30, under the sponsorship of Sun Moon Soccer Foundation and technical support from Kathmandu District FA.
The Under-19 tournament will be participated by eight teams — five A Division Clubs, Sahara Club of Pokhara, Eastern Academy and the hosts. The tournament will be played at Training Centre of Nepal Police Academy on knock-out basis.
While the winner will get Rs 2,12,000, the runners-up will recieve Rs 1,00,000 and Rs 50,000 will be given to the team finishing third.
Also, the best player, highest scorer and the fair play team will be awarded. The organisers also informed that there will be an award for man of the match. The total cost of the tournament is estimated to be Rs 16,00,000.
Each participating team will get Rs 12,000 for match preparation.
