LALITPUR: Hosts Tribhuvan Army Club (TAC) and Nepal Police Club (NPC) advanced to the final of the CoAS first National Men’s Volleyball Tournament here at the Nepali Army Sports Complex on Thursday. In the day’s semi-finals, NPC defeated Nepal APF Club 25-16, 25-12, 26-24, while TAC ‘A’ beat their ‘B’ team 25-18, 25-20, 24-26, 25-16. The final is slated for Friday. The winners will receive Rs 300,000, while the runners-up bag Rs 150,000 and the third-placed finishers get Rs 75,000. The best player of the tournament will be awarded with a motorcycle.
