LALITPUR: A two-member team on Sunday left for Indonesia to participate in the Pambangunan Jaya Raya Junior Grand Prix to be held in Jakarta from April 2-8.

Shuttler Rukesh Maharjan will take part in the tournament, while manager Binod Basnet accompanied him to Indonesia. Players from around 25 countries will take part in the event.

President of Nepal Olympic Committee and Member of Parliament Jeevan Ram Shrestha bade farewell to the team.

President of Nepal Badminton Association Ramji Bahadur Shrestha and Chief Coach Sudip Yenjen were also present on the occasion.
