JSC’s demand

KATHMANDU: The Joint Struggle Committee (JSC), formed to fight against the atrocities of All Nepal Football Association (ANFA), has demanded their representation in the ANFA Statute Draft Committee. The two FAs — ANFA and Nepal Football Association (NFA) — have recently reached a seven-point agreement ending two years of stalemate. One of the major agreement between the two FA’s was to form a Statute Draft Committee with representatives from both the ANFA and NFA. “One of our principal demands was the amendment of ANFA statute but we were neglected when the two FAs decided to move ahead in that direction,” said the JSC general secretary Lok Bahadur Shahi on Monday. — HNS
