Tribhuvan Army Club and New Diamond Academy sailed into the final of the Shreejana International Women and Men Volleyball Tournament here at the Pokhara Stadium today.

TAC advanced to the men’s final with a 3-1 victory over Western Regional Volleyball Association, while NDA secured the final berth in the women’s category beating Western 3-1 in the semi-finals.

TAC beat Western 25-20, 16-25, 25-13, 25-20 and confirmed their meeting against another departmental side Nepal Police Club who had defeated Nepal APF Club in first semi-final match on Wednesday. TAC’s Man Bahadur Shrestha was named the man-of-the-match.

Likewise, NDA registered a 25-19, 25-17, 17-25, 25-11 win over Western. NDA will face Nepal APF Club in Saturday’s final match. NDA’s Pratibha Mali won the player-of-the-match award.
