Vidic dismisses speculation

BELGRADE: Serbia captain Nemanja Vidic brushed off speculation here on Thursday of a possible move to Spain, saying he wanted to stay with Manchester United until the end of his contract in 2012. "I will repeat for the hundredth time: my contract with Manchester is until the summer of 2012 and I want to stay in Old Traford until the last day," Vidic told Belgrade daily Vecernje Novosti. British media have reported that United boss Sir Alex Ferguson has been unhappy with Vidic, fuelling rumours the Serbian international is keen on a move to either Barcelona or Real Madrid.
