KATHMANDU: Yeti Airlines defeated NCC Bank by nine runs in the inaugural match of the Coca-Cola Indoor Corporate Cup Cricket Tournament here at the Velocity Arena on Thursday. Invited to take the first strike, Yeti Airlines scored 84-5 in their allotted 12 overs before NCC Bank reached 75-6. Prafulla Baidhya top scored for Yeti Airlines with an unbeaten 33 off 27 balls, while Narendra KC scored 14. For NCC, Prajwol Regmi scored 24 not out and Suraj Dhungana contributed 14. Baidhya and Rabi Shara took two wickets each for Yeti Airlines. In another match, Kantipur TV beat Nepal Sports Journalists Forum by six wickets. Batting first, NSJF scored 83-3 riding on 28 from Subas Humagain and unbeaten 21 from Avash Ghimire. In reply, KTV raced to 84-1 in 10.1 overs. Roshan Shrestha scored an unbeaten 54 off 32 balls.
