LALITPUR: Hosts Nalanda School lifted the title of the first Nalanda Inter-school Basketball Tournament here on Thursday. The hosts thumped Oasis 49-33 riding on 14 points from the Most Valuable Player (MVP) Hemlal Shrestha. Nabin Lohar of host team received the best defensive player trophy, while Campion’s Neon Sherchan bagged the highest scorer award. A total of five teams had participated in the event.
