SURUNGA: Kamal Dugad, the manager of Manasha Cement Industry based in Bhadrapur Municipality-9, Jhapa, has been found dead under dubious circumstances.

According to Jhapa District Police Office, 61-year-old Dugad, a resident of Patna, the city in the eastern state of Bihar in India, was found dead this morning with his hands and legs tied up.

He had been working as the manager for the industry owned by Parshuram Agrawal for the past three years.

Police are investigating into the case with the help of a sniffer dog.
