Bhutto-Zardari graft case set for Sept 19

Islamabad, August 3:

Former Pakistan prime minister Benazir Bhutto and her husband Asif Ali Zardari are to appear in a Swiss court on September 19 in a money laundering case against them, Online news agency reports.

National Accountability Bureau chairman Lt Gen (Retd) Javed Nasir said the Swiss court had set September 19 as the deadline for Bhutto and Zardari to appear before it. Bhutto and Zardari filed certificates in Swiss court on July 13 that Zardari is ill and cannot fly and Bhutto is preoccupied in Dubai.
