Helsinki: The Indonesian government and Aceh rebels sent representatives to Finland on Saturday to sign a peace agreement aimed at ending a 29-year conflict that has killed 15,000 people in the tsunami-ravaged province. The pact, which would allow reconstruction aid for victims of the December 26 tsunami, will be signed on Monday in Helsinki.
