POKHARA: Manipal Teaching Hospital, which was shut following a clash between the staffers and a patient’s relatives on Monday, was opened on Tuesday. On Monday morning, some doctors thrashed the relatives of a patient saying that they had first been manhandled. DSP Tulasi Adhikari said a public offense case had been filed against those who had thrashed the medical staffers.
