RAMALLAH:  A senior Palestinian National Authority official condemned on Sunday the Israeli army raid on a hospital in the West Bank city of Nablus and detaining one of the patients.

Jawad Awwad, the PNA health minister, said the Israeli force stormed a hospital in the city, beat up the medical crews and kidnapped one of the patients.

“This action is a clear message to the world that the Israeli occupation doesn’t respect any of the international laws or the human rights treaties,” Awwad said, adding “these laws must be respected.”
