Pakistani President General Pervez Musharraf has said he is prepared to patch up with opposition leaders Benazir Bhutto and Nawaz Sharif if they are serious about resolving differences. In an interview with the private TV channel ARY to be telecast today, Musharraf was asked why he could not shake hands with the exiled leaders when he could do so with former Indian prime minister Atal Behari Vajpayee. Musharraf said he was ready to do so if they guaranteed him that they were serious about sorting out differences.
