Two swine flu cases in India
NEW DELHI: India’s government confirmed today two new cases of swine flu in southern India, bring the total number of cases in the country to three.
“Two people have tested positive for swine flu in Coimbatore city in the southern state of Kerala,” an official of the National Institute of Communicable Disease told AFP, speaking on the condition of anonymity.
The two arrived from the United States on May 29 and were being treated at a government hospital in an isolation unit.
