Leaders of the Dahal-Nepal faction of the ruling Nepal Communist Party Pushpa Kamal Dahal and Madhav Nepal issued a joint video appealing people to participate in Wednesday's mass rally.

The splinter group, to counter PM Oli's Feb-5 show-of-strength, have called a mass gathering on February 10 in central Kathmandu.
