BAJHANG: An unidentified gang set the office of Patadevel VDC ablaze on Wednesday night. Deputy Superintendent of Police in the district, Basanta Kumar Panta, said that the arsonists had torched the VDC office at around 1.30 am. According to him, all the office furniture and important documents were completely destroyed in the fire. Actual data of the loss is yet to be calculated as the VDC secretary Hari Aryal is out of the district. There has been no clue about the culprits who had managed to flee immediately after the torching the office. Panta said that a police team of area police office Chhana gathered information about the damage caused.
