KATHMANDU, MARCH 19

Seen in the pictures are Buddhist devotees reciting prayers and taking part in the annual 'sang (incense) and prayer flag offering' at Nagarjun Hill, on Thursday.

A statue of Guru Rinpoche is pictured while Chökyi Nyima Rinpoche blesses the three-year retreatant monks during the annual ceremony.

Likewise, a Buddhist monk hangs prayer flags while others walk past fragrant incense smoke.

The Nagarjuna area is one of such places considered holy for the Buddhist people in Kathmandu.
