KATHMANDU, APRIL 28

Nepal Telecommunications Authority has started providing all of its services through online system from today after more than eight employees tested positive for coronavirus.

Issuing a notice today, NTA informed that it had completely switched to the online system beginning from today until further notice.

NTA Spokesperson Santosh Poudel said all the NTA services would be available online through service providing companies. 'We will facilitate all our licensed companies for the same,' he added.

First, service-seekers should send e-mail to the NTA and inform about the nature of required services.

Besides, the NTA has come with the 'work from home' provision temporarily beginning from today.
