KATHMANDU, JULY 21

A Nepal Airlines Corporation (NAC) aircraft is flying to Beijing, China to ferry back another lot of the Vero cell Covid-19 vaccine, this evening.

The NAC A-339 aircraft will return from China with around 800,000 doses of vaccines tomorrow.

The government has purchased 4 million doses of Vero cell from Sinopharm under a government-to-government arrangement with China.

A previous, NAC flight has already brought about 800,000 doses of vaccines.

The flight has been scheduled for 5:45 am today while the next two are scheduled to procure the jabs on July 22 and July 24.
