NAC starts test flights to Doti, Bajhang

The Nepal Airlines Corporation (NAC) has launched its services to the hilly districts in the far western Nepal.
The national flag-carrier has extended the services to the hilly destinations of the far west bearing in mind the inconvenience to the people caused by current the obstruction of roadways because of the rains there. Dhangadi Airport in Kailali serves as the base point for the services and from Sunday test flights have been launched for Bajhang and Doti districts, according to Airport Chief Ram Krishna Bhatta.
The charge for the Dhangadi-Doti route is Rs 2,615 per person and the Doti-Dhangadi is Rs 5,515. Likewise, Rs 3,995 has been fixed as the airfare for the Dhangadi-Bajhang route and Rs 3,895 for the Bajhang-Dhangadi route, according to Bhatta.
