KATHMANDU, OCTOBER 26

Bank of Kathmandu (BOKL) has proposed a 14 per cent dividend payout for the FY 2077-78.

The bank has a paid up capital of NRS 9.65 billon.

The 206th meeting of board of directors of the company held on October 25 (Kartik 8) decided to provide dividend to its shareholders on the paid up capital maintained as of Asar end.

The company has proposed to pay ten per cent bonus shares worth Rs 9.658 millions and 4 per cent cash dividend (for tax purposes) worth Rs 3.863 millions.

The propsed dividend is subject to approval by the central bank and endorsement by the company's upcoming AGM.

As of Tuesday, BOKL has the last traded price (LTP) of 358.
