KATHMANDU: Talks held between agitating doctors of Bir Hospital and Health Ministry on Wednesday reached an agreement to end the agitation from Thursday. The talks held between the government and Bir Hospital Joint Struggle Committee paved the way for calling off the agitation. The agitators have called off their agitation programme scheduled for January 7, said Pravin Mishra, Secretary at Ministry of Health. The emergency service at Bir Hospital opened on Wednesday, following the negotiations, he added.
