Nepal Credit and Commerce Bank (NCCB) proposes 8.42 per cent dividend for FY 2077/78

KATHMANDU, DECEMBER 01

Nepal Credit and Commerce Bank (NCCB) has proposed to pay 8.42 per cent divided for the fiscal year 2077/28.

A meeting of the board of directors held on November 30, 2021 (i.e. Mangsir 14,2078) decided to distribute 8.42 per cent dividend. 8 per cent bonus shares worth Rs 82.51 crores and 0.42 per cent cash dividend (including tax) worth Rs 4.32 crores has been proposed.

The commercial bank maintains a paid-up capital of Rs 10.31 billion.

However, the propsed dividend is subject to approval by the central bank and endorsement by the company's upcoming Annual General Meeting (AGM).

As of Wednesday, NCCB has an LTP of Rs 289.9.
