KATHMANDU: Varun Developers Pvt Ltd — the builders of Park View Horizon — have offered a New Year bonanza for 2010. The first five buyers will get a Chevrolet Aveo Car free on the purchase of a condominium. Park View Horizon has completed 70 per cent of the construction and is offering apartments to people. More than 80 per cent of the apartments are booked and only a few are left. The apartments will be handed over to buyers at the end of 2010. Park View Horizon has with 70 per cent open space and world-class amenities like club with jacuzzi, gymnasium, and sauna. It is also the first high-rise residential building of Nepal with earthquake resistant structure approved by the division office of the Ministry of Physical Planning and Works and the first project to get environmental clearance from ministry of environment and science Nepal.
