House swept away in Panchthar, three persons missing

Three persons have gone missing after a landslide swept away a house in Phalelung Rural Municipality-7, Panchthar.
Three persons -- Rupa Lal, 42, his wife Goma, 38, and niece Elisa, 19 -- went missing after the landslide triggered by incessant rainfall swept away the house.
Rup Lal's uncle Dal Prasad Magar, 71, has managed to survive the landslide. The landslide washed away the house and cowshed in the incident that took place on Friday night, according to the District Police Office, Panchthar.
A team of Nepal Police, Armed Police Force and Nepal Army rushed to the spot after receiving information about the incident, said Rakesh Thapa, Deputy Superintendent of Police, District Police Office, Panchthar.
However, those missing were not found till this morning.
