Unauthorised constructions bound to be demolished

Kathmandu Metropolitan City has given a deadline of 90 days to pass the maps of houses and buildings constructed without passing the maps. A deadline of 90 days has been given to pass the map of unauthorised structures built within the metropolitan area.
The Metropolitan City has issued a public notice asking to pass the map of the building, be it government, institutional, private or of any nature.
The urban management department of the metropolis has said that if structures built without passing the map are not passed within the specified time, action will be taken.
It is requested to pass the building or house map within 90 days if the criteria is suitable, but the map has not been passed.
Otherwise, the metropolis has warns that action will be taken according to the Local Government Operation Act 2074 and the prevailing building construction standards, codes and procedures and the decision of the office.
Issuing another notice, the metropolis said that not only the building but also the map of the border wall should be passed. The map of such walls has to be passed within 35 days.
It is mentioned in the notice that if the map of the border wall is not passed, the metropolis will demolish it. The metropolis has warned that the cost of removal will be collected from the house owner.
