32 bodies recovered, rescue efforts underway

KATHMANDU, JANUARY 15

At least 32 bodies have been recovered from the wreckage site of the Yeti aircraft crash in Pokhara.

The 9N ANC ATR 72 plane, carrying 68 passengers and four crew members, crashed into the Seti River gorge around 11 a.m. today.

Meanwhile, rescue operation is still ongoing, with personnel from the security forces and locals jointly working to trace and rescue the remaining passengers onboard.
