KATHMANDU: The Annual Extra Curricular Activities (ECA) Meet of Texas International College began amidst a programme here on the college premises on Saturday.

Texas International Education Networks Chairman Prof Dr Keshab Kumar Shrestha, Kathmandu Metropolitan City Ward No-7 Chairman Bimal Hada and Inspector Sabin Karki of Gaushala Police Circle jointly inaugurated the Meet.

The college is organising a total of 18 indoor and outdoor sports events under the Meet, which kicked off with a marathon. The grand finale of the ECA Meet is slated for January 20.

Texas International Education Network Vice-Principal Shyam Sundar Shrestha said the college was hosting the Meet every year to keep up with college's tradition of bringing in holistic development to the students.
