Manang Marshyangdi Club came from two goals down to salvage a 2-2 draw with leaders Jawalakhel Youth Club in the Martyrs Memorial A Division League here at the Chyasal Stadium on Sunday.

Nkote Massoubi put JYC ahead in the first half before Hishub Thapaliya doubled the tally in the 76th minute.

MMC hit back with two goals in the last 10 minutes to avoid defeat.

Bhison Gurung cut the deficit in 81st minute and Sumit Shrestha levelled the scores in injury time. JYC accumulated 31 points from 18 matches, while MMC are seventh on 22 points.

At the ANFA Complex grounds, New Road Team rallied twice for a 2-2 stalemate with Friends Club. Rafiq Aminu and Amit Tamang scored for Friends, while Nicolas Serge Song netted one for NRT, who were gifted with an own goal from Amit Tamang.

NRT climbed up to eighth with 22 points, while Friends are 11th on 20 points.
