National artist helping disabled people

National artist Sanjib Singh Rana has provided assistance to disabled people, youth club, child club, elderly home, among others from his earnings at Byas Municipality in Tanahun.

Rana provided educational materials and food to the kids with intellectual disability, and the impoverished and needy ones, among others at Sindhu Basic Level School.

He offered copies, pens, biscuits, among other materials to 41 children, including 21 disabled ones at the school. He said he had been helping disabled people, the elderly, and children from his earning every year.

Rana who hails from Rising Rural Municipality has made Byas Municipality a working station and has been involved in singing.

He has reached more than 47 districts and attracted the attention of the audiences in different festivals. Rana looked happy after helping the poor and helpless people.

He urged other artists to segregate their small amount of income and help the disabled, and helpless, among other people.
