KATHMANDU, JANUARY 29
The Tribhuvan University (TU) has commenced providing exam-related services through an online system starting today.
The oldest university in the country, marking its 74th anniversary, has initiated online services as of today. Prof. Shivalal Bhusal, Acting Chancellor of TU, inaugurated the online service by clicking the mouse of the computer at the Office of the Controller of Examinations in Balkhu, Kathmandu.
Acting Chancellor Bhusal stated that the University has digitized its services for every examination-related process starting today and expressed confidence in its success. Previously, students were required to visit the Balkhu-based Office to obtain their mark sheets.
With the launch of this service, students can now apply for an admit card, transcript, provisional certificate, and correction in the mark sheet, among other services, from their homes.
To do so, students need to log into www.tuexam.edu.np, apply for the services, attach the specified certificates, and then pay the prescribed fee to Nepal Bank or Global IME Bank. Students will be notified during office hours regarding the acceptance or rejection of their applications.
Acting Chancellor Bhusal mentioned that in case of rejection, students will be asked to reapply by correcting the error or filling in the missing details.
