Gold price rebound by Rs 800 per tola, silver surges by Rs 50

KATHMANDU, MARCH 14

The gold market regained some of its lost ground on Thursday, with price increasing by Rs 800 per tola in the domestic market.

This comes after a drop of Rs 1000 per tola on Wednesday from its peak of Rs 126,000 per tola, where it had held steady for three days earlier in the week.

Similarly, the silver market also experienced a surge in price today, with silver price rising by Rs 50 per tola.

According to the Federation of Nepal Gold and Silver Dealers' Association, fine gold is currently trading at Rs 125,800 per tola, up from yesterday's Rs 125,000 per tola. Similarly, tejabi gold is being traded at Rs 125,200 per tola today.

Meanwhile, silver, which had been fluctuating in recent days, saw a significant increase of Rs 50 per tola, with prices now at Rs 1,515 per tola in the Nepali market, up from Rs 1,465 per tola previously.
