KATHMANDU, MAY 30

The number of fatalities has risen to four following a jeep accident at Ratanangla along the Surkhet-Dailekh road section in Birendranagar Municipality, Surkhet, this morning.

According to police, the jeep (Bhe 1 Cha 2560) was en route from Surkhet to Kalikot when the accident occurred.

The District Traffic Police Office, Surkhet, reported that six people were traveling in the jeep at the time of the incident.

Two other individuals injured in the accident are currently undergoing treatment at the Provincial Hospital.
