KATHMANDU: UCPN-Maoist chairman Pushpa Kamal Dahal 'Prachanda' called on Nepali Congress president Girija Prasad Koirala at the latter's residence in Maharajgunj, Kathmandu on Tuesday morning. According to sources, the two party leaders held one to one talks for around 6:28 minutes. Dahal proposed Koirala for the post of Prime Minister for the new constitution drafting and peace processes. He also said that if Koirala could not hold the PM's position due to health constraints, then Dahal would be the new PM. He assured Koirala that he would follow his instructions to run the government and would not intervene in the security organs in the country. Koirala did not give any response. After the meeting Dahal informed media persons that the meeting was meaningful for finding a way out of the present political stalemate.
