Oshodhara Nepal to organize three-day Dhyan Yoga programs across six locations from October 25

KATHMANDU, OCTOBER 23

Oshodhara, the Samarthguru Siddhartha Aulia led organization, is set to host Dhyan Yog programs in six different locations across Nepal. The program will be held in Sindhupalchowk, Buddhanagar/New Baneshwor, Janagaal, Manglapur, and Janakpur.

The programs, scheduled from Kartik 9 to 11 (October 25-27, 2024), aim to offer participants a transformative experience, focusing on inner peace, vitality, clarity of purpose, and the science of success.

According to National Coordinator for Nepal, Manju Sharma, the program encourages a positive approach to life and self-transformation. Designed to benefit students, professionals, homemakers, and businesspeople alike, the sessions focus on concentration, a stress-free life, and a celebration-filled spiritual lifestyle.

Participants will also have the unique opportunity to receive Naad Deeksha from Samarthguru during the online sessions, Sharma added.

Sharma expressed excitement in presenting this large-scale program and highlighted its relevance to modern lifestyles, where both success and spiritual fulfillment are sought after.

The Dhyan Yog program is also being organized across more than 30 Dhyan Kendras in India.

Supported by Samarthguru's teachings, the Dhyan Sadhana Kendras in Nepal continue to organize programs with Manglapur Dhyan Kendra recently hosting a one-day meditation and celebration with over 125 participitant.

Additionally, Buddhanagar Dhyan Kendra has been organizing weekly Saturday Dhyan Satsang and promoting peace and mindfulness among participants. Buddhanagar Dhyan Kendra, inaugurated by Gurudev as a national center, plays a key role in spreading Samarthguru's teachings through the Samartha Guru Jivanta Dhara Sadhana method.

'These centers cater to people of all ages, from children to adults, helping them connect with themselves through Omkar, the fundamental principle of Sanatan Dharma, as taught by sages and saints throughout history.'

The centers remain socially active, promoting practical and impactful methods to connect individuals to their inner joy-a much-needed aspect in today's world.
